He serves on ULI Toronto’s Technical Assistance Panel (TAP), was a technical reviewer and jury member for CMHC’s Housing Supply Challenge, and is a co-founding member of the Black Opportunity Fund. He also contributes as a faculty instructor for FutureBUILDS, a BIPOC-focused real estate development incubator.Marcel holds a Bachelor of Technology from Toronto Metropolitan University and lives in Toronto with his family.
